Pacificfortia Marine Technologies, Inc., is a local Philippine registered company, a renowned custom boat designer, builder and manufacturer of various naval platforms from 3 meters to 25 meters in length and versed in both fiberglass and aluminum construction. As an innovative and well established boat builder, Pacificfortia has an in-house Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Department tasked with designing, construction and testing boats to the most stringent specifications set forth by our customers. Our company possesses many years of in-depth knowledge and experience in the design of marine naval craft, surveying existing vessels, and has been used as consultants on programs to provide our expertise in Boat Building, Repair and System Integration.

AUTO MECHANIC
Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work additional hours beyond and consecutively with core work schedule when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task & Ability to perform simple math.
  • Familiarity with metric system.
  • Ability to interpret drawings is a plus.
  • Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in boat manufacturing companies.
  • Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to hazards.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications

  • Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Presenting Technical Information, Equipment Maintenance, Conceptual Skills, Quality Focus, General Consulting Skills, Control Engineering, Production Planning, and Technical Zeal.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Procurement process of essential components in the Manufacturing Environment, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literate using Microsoft Software. Computer Aid Drafting.
  • Ability to interpret drawings is a plus.
  • Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in boat manufacturing companies.
  • Can read and interpret drawings and Bill of Materials.

TIG / MIG WELDER
Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience with TESDA Certificate in Welding (preferable but not necessary).
  • Physically fit and manually dexterous to perform the demanding manual labor involved.
  • With high level of commitment and strong work ethics.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours beyond and consecutively with core work schedule when needed.
  • Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks or positions in the Company outside of or in addition to primarily-assigned position, work area, or department.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • With high level of commitment and strong work ethics.

LAMINATOR
Qualifications

  • Considerable knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices involved in the fiberglass lamination and fabrication.
  • Ability to multi-task.Ability to perform simple math.
  • Familiarity with metric system.
  • Follow and give oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to interpret drawings is a plus.
  • Physically fit and manually dexterous to perform the demanding manual labor involved.
  • The Fiberglass worker must be comfortable working at heights and has the ability to work alone in a self managing role or in a team environment.
  • The Fiberglass worker must complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

ELECTRICIAN
Qualifications

  • Considerable knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices involved in the installation, maintenance, repair and alteration of marine electrical and electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform simple math.
  • Familiarity with metric system.
  • Ability to interpret drawings is a plus.
  • Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in boat manufacturing companies.
  • Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to hazards.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any Engineering courses.
  • With or Without Experience.
  • Open To All Fresh Graduates.

PAINTER
Minimum Requirements

  • With Experience.

HEALTH AND SAFETY ENGINEER
Minimum Requirements

  • With or Without Experience.
  • Preferably with BOSH Training.
